Owen Li

Owen Li is a consultant in the Auckland office, with experience in rail vibration and noise, environmental noise and building acoustics. He graduated with a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Melbourne in 2019. Before joining Marshall Day in 2021, Owen worked with the AECOM acoustics team in Auckland.

In his past roles, Owen has been involved in acoustic assessments for some of New Zealand’s largest transport projects, including Auckland’s City Rail Link and the SH1 Southern Corridor Improvements. He has a specialist interest in rail vibration and noise and has experience assessing ground-borne noise and vibration from rolling stock.
