Micky Yang

Micky is a consultant in the Auckland office with experience in all aspects of acoustics, from environmental noise to room acoustics. He has provided acoustic design advice for many building projects from office fitouts to residential apartments and has also provided planning advice during the consenting stages through to council hearings.

He started at Marshall Day Acoustics in 2015 after completing a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in operations management)/Engineering (specialising in mechanical engineering – Honours) at the University of Auckland. His interest in acoustics came from his classical music background and his time as an intern at Marshall Day Acoustics over 2014/15.
