Gary Walton

Gary is a senior consultant with the Christchurch office. Having initially joined the company whilst travelling in 2013, he returned permanently in 2014. Gary specialises in the measurement and assessment of environmental noise and monitoring of construction noise and vibration. He has particular interest in computer modelling of environmental noise calculations and their integrations with GIS mapping systems and other software analysis tools.

Previously, Gary worked in the UK as an environmental consultant on major infrastructure projects for clients including Crossrail and London Underground, among others. Through his work in the UK and New Zealand, Gary has experience in a wide variety of fields including environmental and industrial noise, architectural acoustics and vibration.
