Clément Charvis
Clément joined Marshall Day Acoustics as a consultant in 2016 and was appointed as a Director of Marshall Day Acoustics France in 2019. He graduated with a Master of Science from the University of Paris, after completing a Master of Engineering and has been working in the fields of building acoustics, room acoustics, environmental acoustics and vibration since 2012.
After four years of building acoustics consultancy in Paris, Clément joined the Auckland office to strengthen and diversify his acquired experience across a variety of sectors including housing, education, prisons, performing arts, sports venues and cinemas. He then joined the French office in 2017.
His interest in acoustics originates from his background in both classical music (bassoon) and Persian music (Zarb - traditional percussion). Since 2018, Clément also teaches acoustics at the Polytech Nice-Sophia University.
