Carlo Holden

Carlo is a Graduate Consultant in the Melbourne office, joining as a full-time team member after completing an internship at Marshall Day Acoustics in 2022. He graduated with a Bachelor of Creative Technology (Audio Engineering & Sound Production), followed by a Master of Design Innovation & Technology from RMIT.

In his experience as an acoustic consultant, Carlo has developed an interest in strategising environmental noise management for entertainment and industrial venues and is competent with computer noise modelling of environments and room acoustics.

As a musician and sound designer in his spare time, Carlo enjoys exploring methods of presenting and communicating sound and acoustics in digital mediums. His Master’s project explored the use of game development engines as a framework for interactive acoustical auralisations which earned him the Spatial Sound Award from RMIT.
