Alex Morabito SA Manager
Alex Morabito is an Associate within the Adelaide office specialising in environmental noise modelling and impact assessment. He graduated from the University of Adelaide with degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Finance.
Since starting at Marshall Day Acoustics in 2011, Alex has gained experience in a wide range of projects including architectural acoustics, industrial, occupational, environmental noise control and military aircraft noise assessment.
Key project experience includes aircraft noise modelling and assessment, external building noise intrusion, wind turbine noise planning assessment and measurement, major industrial noise assessments and local environmental planning assessments. Alex has prepared for and presented expert evidence in the South Australian Environment, Resources and Development (ERD) Court, Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal and Northern Territory Liquor Commission.
Alex has also lectured in the use of environmental noise modelling software to final year Mechanical Engineering students at the University of Adelaide.
