Mary Hamilton

Mary has been with Marshall Day since 2013 and specialises in environmental acoustics.

Pre-children she worked as a noise consultant in the United States and earlier still she undertook a master’s dissertation related to noise impacts in the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park. This was the beginning of her journey with decibels, and piqued her interest in the concept of ‘natural quiet’ as a resource.

She now works on a variety of environmental acoustic projects, from child care centres to gun clubs.
